Using the site

• You must be 18 or older, or shopping with a parent or guardian's help.
• Give accurate contact and delivery details — we rely on them to get your order to you.
• Keep your login private. You're responsible for activity under your account.
• Don't use the site for anything unlawful, and don't interfere with how it works.

Products and pricing

All shop prices are shown in Nigerian Naira (₦) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Prices can change, and promotions run for a limited time. The price charged is the one shown when you place the order.

Product photos are as accurate as we can make them, but shades look slightly different on every screen and on every skin tone. Use the Shade Finder if you're choosing between two.

Stock is limited. If an item sells out after you order, we'll tell you and refund it in full.

Orders and payment

Payment is taken by card through Stripe at checkout. Your order is a contract with Right On Gloss once we confirm it by email. We can decline or cancel an order in cases such as a pricing mistake, a payment that doesn't clear, or suspected fraud — and we'll tell you and refund anything you've paid.

Wholesale and distributor accounts

Wholesale and distributor pricing is for approved businesses only. A minimum order of 10 boxes of 12 units (120 glosses) applies, and applications need at least two references or guarantors.

Apply honestly. If details or documents turn out to be false, we can refuse, suspend or close the account and cancel open orders.

Approved wholesale prices and terms are agreed with you at approval and shown on your order page before you pay.

Reviews and Shade Finder

Reviews you post stay yours, but you give us permission to display them on the site. Please don't post anything unlawful or offensive — we can remove reviews that break this.

The Shade Finder gives suggestions based on the description or photo you provide. It's a guide, not a promise, and it isn't medical or allergy advice.

Our intellectual property

The Right On Gloss name, logo, product photography and website content belong to us. You may not copy, resell or reuse them without our written permission. Photos you upload stay yours; you only give us the right to use them to answer your shade request.

Liability

We're responsible if something we supply is faulty, and nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights. Beyond that, we aren't liable for losses that weren't caused by us or that weren't reasonably foreseeable.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version, and the version in force when you order is the one that applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
